I had a fantastic stay here. The room was clean, cosy, and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed for the kids was quickly taken care of. The hotel facilities were great, with a kids play area and a bus station right in front. The location was perfect, close to the glacier and with daily forecast information available. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Anita from the Kids Club and reception. The breakfast was delicious and the food overall was amazing, with the best kaiserschmarrn I've ever had.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the glacier, making it a great base for those looking to hit the slopes. the rooms are clean and cozy, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of skiing. the breakfast options are delicious and satisfying, ensuring guests start their day off right.
The internet connection at the hotel is very poor, making it difficult to stay connected.

Great location close to skiing area and town facilities, excellent wellness facilities to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes. the included breakfast and dinner were delicious and offer a good variety of dishes to please all tastes.
The price for extra drinks can add up quickly, short dining hours may not suit everyone, and limited English-speaking staff can make communication difficult at times.

Great breakfast selection and friendly staff. Convenient bus station right outside the hotel and amazing views from the room. The nearby ski area was fantastic for all levels of skiers and offered a range of activities for non-skiers.
Limited lunch options and some of the room amenities could have been improved. Slow Wi-Fi connection made it difficult to stay connected and work remotely.
